What to Expect

During your Past Life Regression you will recall some memories from the past. This is about what your Soul wants to reveal to you, about the need to remember something that is meaningful to you in the present moment. This is an opportunity to bring to your conscious mind information which relates to your learning and growing, great wisdom that you can easily apply now, in your current life, for your spiritual growth and development.

Sessions last for two hours and a half. You will lay down comfortably in a quiet, peaceful, healing space while being guided through your inner journey.

The session will begin with a 20 minute initial consultation, and there will be a15 minute debriefing at the end of your inner work. You will receive a digital recording of your confidential session, so you can review it at a later time.

Releasing trauma and emotional pain from the past will free you to get clarity about your future!

Regression work is safe and natural. During a Past Life Regression session your body is in a deep state of relaxation and your mind is awake and alert. All of the senses are alert.

Everyone experiences a past life regression in their own way. Regression is a different state of mind just as daydreaming is a different state of mind. You are not unconscious. You do not say or do anything you do not wish to.

Because you are aware of the room and yourself, the first time a person experiences regression they may think they have "made up" their experience or feel they have imagined all of it. But then little things will begin to happen that slowly provide validation for what you experienced. Dates and names from your past lifetime can be traced back in history for validation. Let your thoughts flow, allow yourself to explore.

To get the most from a past life regression, keep an open mind and don’t analyze your experience during the regression session. You can analyze after the session. Simply let the information flow into your mind without questioning it.

Most people have experienced clues about prior incarnations. Are you drawn to a particular country, group of people or a specific time period, like the Civil War? If Greek architecture attracts your interest, you may have lived during the time Greece flourished.

The same is true if you feel negative about a place, nationality or historic time period. You may still feel emotions that relate to a past life. These are called past life "carryovers" and they can directly relate to the life you are now living. Any strong affinity or phobia may be a clue to a past life.

During the regression you will be instructed to step through the light into another time and place. Allow time for the thoughts to settle in your mind.  You may experience one of several different reactions:

  • You may have quick impressions and understand what they mean to you;

  • You may see yourself quite clearly;

  • You may only seem to "know" without seeing;

  • You may find yourself in your body at that time, sensing everything around you;

  • You may not see anything, but feel as if someone is telling you what is happening.

Regardless of your initial reaction upon entering your own past, you will need to answer the questions as you are asked. Take your first impression. Describe what you feel or sense or know even if it makes no sense at the time.  Do not think about your answers. Let your impressions flow. As the regression progresses, you will find the impressions become stronger.

If you actively analyze the process while in session, you will only retard the impressions. Your mind is on a journey through your soul's experiences of lifetimes. Let your mind travel freely. Analysis can wait until your session is finished, after you have collected all the data.

You are more integrated with your past lives than you think.
